VARS
are partners who offer geographic or industry
specific value added solutions that complement
Sabino Creek products. VARS typically have
their own sales, consulting, implementation,
programming,
training and support personnel within their
own respective organizations.
VAR's had their own sales, presales and lead generation capabilities.
VAR organizations are typically aligned with one or more Lean Consulting Partners
or Service Partners in their geography.
Sales Agents
Sales Agents sell Sabino Creek products into
a specific geographic focus and typically
have limited implementation
or installation support capabilities.
Sabino Creek will in most cases support
the Sales Agent by backstopping with
support functions including installation,
implementation, training and support.
Lean
Consulting Partners
Lean
Consulting Partners have existing
practices centered around lean implementations
in a specific geography or industry.
Lean Consulting Partners have
lean as a primary area of practice
that may include value stream mapping,
lean training and ongoing continuous
improvement activities. The Lean Consulting
Partner typically leaves implementation
services of the Sabino Creek software
products to Sabino Creek or a Value Added
Reseller.
Lean Consulting Partners have strong consulting skills.
Service Partners
Service Partners do not resell Sabino Creek
software products. Service Partners however
will provide the full range of services that
typically come from Sabino Creek. The Service
Partner will provide client services including
installation, implementation, training, customization,
conversion and application support.
A Service Partner is typically aligned with one or more VAR's or Sales Agents
in their respective territory.
Technology Partners
Technology Partners provide specific software or hardware capabilities not normally
provided by Sabino Creek.
Technology Partners have a strong personal reputation in their respective technology
expertise and market.
Technology
Partners highly leverage Sabino Creek software
applications and have their own marketing,
sales and support organizations.
Technology
Partners are members of the Lean Advisory
Board at Sabino Creek.
